It is the ideal setting for nature lovers with swallows swooping in and out of the barns across the yard and surrounded by acres of waterways and countryside crammed with wildlife, making this one of Ireland's best conservation sites.

    Perfect holiday

National Trust Cottages offer our perfect holiday. A time to switch off from the rest of the world and have complete relaxation. It always amazes me how clean and tidy the cottages are. The locations are amazing and the children love it. A softer mattress would make the cottage 100%

The standard of everything about the cottage excellent but primarily, at Crom, its the surroundings. I have stayed at Crom many times, as ever, this stay was wonderful.

    Secluded location

Really enjoyed it and we will be back. Nice quiet, peaceful, secluded location. I imagine it would be quite different in summer. Still a very nice place to visit in winter. Location, size of the estate, peaceful.. made this place special.

    Really special place

So far second time at crom, and no question about it i will return many times as Crom has everything anyone could ever ask for. so much to see and do, good fun no matter what time of the year but if its autumn/winter bring wellie boots. if you plan to do any walking. hehe! i also noticed that i had no reception on my mobile, but to me this was a blessing as i felt i had absolutly no distractions, the people there are also very friendly and always have time for you, i am just so amazed and privledged to have had the opportunity to stay at crom, its a really special place is full of natural beauty and has won a place in my heart for life.
