    Special place

This particular stay was made special by small acts of kindness from one of the staff members living on site and it is the thing I will probably remember the most about the holiday. I had long wished to stay at Trerice - it's a very special place - and it did not disappoint - such a great place to be there while it was closed to visitors - to sit quietly with a book in the garden and listen to the world.

    Immaculate and beautifully presented property

The property was immaculate and beautifully presented. I appreciated the welcome tray and personal note, and also the friendliness of the staff and volunteers I passed on my way in and out each day.

    Great to wander after hours

It was lovely to be living in part of such an historic house (Trerice) which we had been visiting for about 40 years and is a great favourite of ours. It was great to be able to wander in the grounds after hours when everyone else had gone home. The staff at the house were very friendly and welcoming and this added to our enjoyment. It was lovely to be part of the community there for a little while!
