At the heart of the old farmstead is a handsome slate-hung farmhouse that has been converted into three holiday cottages: the main house has been divided into two separate wings Triggabrowne Farm House and Tippett's whilst cosy Dairy Cottage adjoins one side. The old house's traditional features, such as slate floors, exposed beams and fireplaces, have been retained, so each of the cottages has something of the look and feel of the Cornish farmhouse about it.

Also in the vicinity are Pitt and Fortescue. Just a short walk away are the semi-detached Meadow Cottage and Triggabrowne Cottage.

There is an enclosed garden in front of The Farm House perfect both for games and lounging alike. Or if you fancy dining al fresco there is a stone barbecue in the garden. Watch out for the barn owl!

A short walk from all the Triggabrowne cottages takes you to Pencarrow Head with its stunning coastal view which is the jewel of this uncrowded part of Cornwall. The unspoilt beauty of Lantic Bay awaits those who are willing to make the steep descent to the beach.

The Farm House is an ideal base from which to explore the coast and countryside, the South West Coast path takes you to the villages of Polperro or Polruan. The charm and

    Very good experience

The welcome flowers and card from the housekeeper, plus the teapot ready to be used on a tray with biscuits really set the tone for our stay. The garden was so dog proof and really enjoyed by Mollie the dog! The whole experience with our first renting of a National Trust property was very good. We intend to now rent a large property for the whole family.

    Comfortable bed!

Made special by its.....Location and as we have been staying in NT cottages for 30 years our knowledge that it would be of a certain standard. The cottage was particularly clean, warm and welcoming and the large double bed was unbelievably comfortable!
