Looking for the seclusion and calm of a sandcastles and sea family holiday? Stepper View is the perfect answer. Arriving at Stepper View beautifully located on the headland overlooking Polzeath Cornwall, you feel instantly relaxed; take in the sea air and enjoy the vast and beautiful views. Amble down the bridle path to the little cove at Pentireglaze Haven (less than 900 metres away) which adjoins Polzeath beach at low tide. Discover the little-known cove situated close to the cottage. Or if you fancy staying close to home (and who wouldn’t with the unspoilt views), enjoy the fresh air in the private garden, perfect for sitting out with a good book. Why not take the opportunity to meet up and relax with friends as there are three other holiday cottages nearby; West Cottage, The Old Farmhouse and Overhaven.
For those adrenaline fuelled days, head to Hayle Bay, Polzeath for a surfer’s paradise. Whilst in Cornwall why not take up the opportunity to try a new challenge whilst exploring the North Cornwall coast such as coasteering, kayaking and surfing? The cottage is also ideally located near to the South West Coast Path, a short walk from the cottage you could join an ideal 3.5 mile circular route. Follow the route to the headland of Pentire Point; this is the perfect way to appreciate the coastline, taking in the Rumps and the local area.
There are many quaint Cornish villages to explore, with famous connections; Port Isaac known for being the back drop to much loved TV series Doc Martin, and foodie’s paradise, Padstow famed for its links to Rick Stein and home to many great sea food restaurants. The local National Trust property Tintagel Old Post Office is also just a short drive away, a complementary visit is yours to enjoy during your stay. A little further away is Lanhydrock; a grand Jacobean country house with Victorian influences, set within acres of woodland there is plenty to keep you entertained including cycle hire and cycle paths.
