The views around the estate were wonderful. Staff friendly and helpful! Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Crom Estate trails could use some maintenance.

    We feel instantly relaxed

We have had many family occasions here at Crom, our youngest has had his 1,2,4 and 12 birthdays here. We brought both Mums for their 80ths and just love the place. The only thing that we did not like was they had changed the curtains in the bedroom and much prefer the previous ones - the new ones are a bit glossy but that is our personal taste. We love Crom, the staff and the estate, we feel instantly relaxed. Unfortunately our holiday was cut short so we only had 3 days before we had to consider returning.

Could not have been more favourable

Our first experience of staying in a holiday cottage and it could not have been more favourable. We cannot compliment the National Trust too highly on the standard of accommodation and facilities provided.

    Very enjoyable

Our stay at Orchard View was very enjoyable the only fault being, it was much too short! We have enjoyed many National Trust cottage holidays in the past and hope to return again soon. Our visit was special as we returned to spend a holiday with our now adult children in the same location as we went when they were both very young.

Have been going for 10 years now and it has been part of our family life

We love going to Crom - the staff and facilities are fantastic and we always feel welcome - have been going for 10 years now and it has been part of our family life. Family memories - have had many family birthdays and get together alongwith family holidays - took the grans for their 80's and granda for his final holiday - will always remember him going about the estate in the mobility scooter - just a lovely place - we relax instantly on arrival. My only concern is that the prices are increasing every year and the opportunity for a cheap short break are limited - used to get Halloween for approx £200 now it is much more - even half term for 4 nights last week was close to £400. Would there be any possibility for frequent bookers or members discount?
