This large cottage is ideal for a family, with its bright rooms, good-sized kitchen, and dining table positioned in the bay window of the sitting room. Children love the estate with its fabulous yew trees that beg to be climbed, numerous bike trails and the jetty just minutes away.It has an interconnecting door with Willow Cottage so ideal for two families, friends, or grandparents to book.
Set in 2000 tranquil acres on the shores of Lough Erne you are surrounded by nature and wildlife. You could spend your whole holiday fishing, biking, kayaking and walking without ever needing to leave the Estate. The jetty is just 100 metres from the cottage, the perfect spot to sit back and watch the world float by or to set off by boat on an adventure to one of the islands.

Getting to Northern Ireland couldn't be easier.
Bathroom: The bathroom has been freshly refurbished as of February 2017.
Heating: Biomass heating included.
Parking: is available in the courtyard behind the cottages. Please do not park at the front as access is needed to the jetty area regularly.
Garden: Although there is no private garden, the cottage is surrounded by countryside with several picnic tables and visitors have immediate access to the grounds on the estate.
Accessibility: if you intend to fish during your stay you do have to cross a style to get to the fishing pegs. Disabled visitors are allowed to fish from the jetty.
Utilities: Tokens are available to buy from the visitor centre for the shared tumble dryer.
