One of two former fishermen’s cottages, Guys is right on the edge of the beach. You couldn't get much closer to the sea than this: With views of the beach from two floors and bursting with character, this cottage enjoys a prime location. The sitting room and kitchen stable doors open onto a private, walled terrace.

The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep, with stunning views in either direction. Nearby Port Isaac, Polzeath, and Rock offer an array of art galleries, shops, pubs and restaurants. Take the ferry boat from Rock to Padstow, cycle the Camel Trail or surf the waves on the famous Polzeath beach.

Our other Port Quin holiday cottages include the neighbouring Lacombe Cottage, Quin Cottage and Carolina Cellar.

    Superb cottage

The location and quality of cottage were superb, offering the perfect opportunity to relax in fabulous surroundings. The layout and decor have been very well thought out and the cottage provides most things one could need on a holiday.

    Made enjoyable...

I didn't leave a message in the visitors book, but the lady who takes care of the property left us a tea/coffee tray with biscuits and fresh flowers on our arrival, which was a lovely touch and very welcoming. The cottage was beautifully located, met all our expectations and needs: good walks from the door step and a fire in the evening. I have nothing bad to say about it at all; it was all great. The quality of the furniture and furnishings was very good, the uneven nature of the house charming, the beds very comfortable and the pounding of the waves invigorating (we were there the weekend of Desmond, it made for exciting cliff top walks). The hob and the oven were complicated I thought, otherwise perfect.

The position of the cottage, peace and quiet (lack of wi-fi helped!), very comfortable beds and excellent quality bedding and towels.
