Garden Cottage is a nineteenth-century detached cottage situated next to the rose garden in the heart of the Polesden Lacey estate. The property has lovely views of the formal gardens and across the picturesque Surrey Hills beyond. It is less than a two minute walk to the main Edwardian house. This is an ideal place for walkers being in an exceptional setting on the North Downs and surrounded by 1,400 acres of National Trust land.

Parking: There is parking for two cars next to the cottage.
Garden: Private gardens surrounding the cottage with two small patio areas.
Accessibility: The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor but the cottage may not be suitable for wheelchair users.
Approach to cottage: The track up to Garden Cottage has some large potholes in places, especially near the small NT carpark on your left. Please drive slowly over these sections.

Offers: Holiday cottage guests have free entry to Polesden Lacey House and Gardens during open hours. Out of hours they have access to the gardens.
Free use of the croquet courts in the summer months.
Free logs are provided for use in the cottage.
