About Cliveden Ferry Cottage

Cliveden Ferry Cottage was once the home of the ferryman for My Lady Ferry and benefits from incredible views over the River Thames. The pretty half-timber cottage hosts a bright and modern interior with large patio and garden overlooking the river.

Make the most of your location and enjoy being part of the Cliveden estate. Explore the stately home, built for the Duke of Buckingham in 1666 and home to the Astor family until 1966. As a guest, you are welcome to follow in the footsteps of dukes, earls, kings and queens as you stroll through the impressive gardens and woodlands – even after closing!

Cliveden Ferry Cottage is conveniently located 14miles from Heathrow Airport and benefits from its close proximity to Windsor, Henley-on-Thames, The Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and to a variety of other National Trust properties. Enjoy days of sightseeing or explore our estate before retiring to the cottage for a tranquil evening by the River.
