At the heart of the old farmstead is a handsome slate-hung farmhouse that has been converted into three holiday cottages: Dairy is a cosy cottage adjoining the main house, this larger building is home to Tippett's and Triggabrowne Farm House which occupy separate wings.
A short walk from all Triggabrowne cottages takes you to Pencarrow Head with its stunning coastal view which is the jewel of this uncrowded part of Cornwall. The unspoilt beauty of Lantic Bay awaits those who are willing to make the steep descent to the beach.
Dairy Cottage is an ideal base from which to explore the coast and countryside, the South West Coast path takes you to the villages of Polperro or Polruan. The charm and bustle of Fowey is a short ferry ride away, with shops, restaurants, pubs you will be spoiled for choice.
Heating: Night storage heating and convector heating included.
Parking: Parking is available in the communal farmyard parking area.
Garden: The gardens are shared with the other cottages, however there is a patio area directly outside the cottage with a wooden picnic table and charcoal barbecue.
Utilities: The fridge has an ice box.
Offers: Guests will benefit from a late Sunday checkout of 4pm at this cottage.
Logs/Charcoal: Environmentally friendly briquettes for use on the fire and charcoal for the barbecue can be bought at the time of booking or whilst at the cottage.
