At the heart of the old farmstead is a handsome slate-hung farmhouse that has been converted into three holiday cottages: Dairy is a cosy cottage adjoining the main house, this larger building is home to Tippett's and Triggabrowne Farm House which occupy separate wings.

Also in the vicinity are Pitt and Fortescue. Just a short walk away are the semi-detached Meadow Cottage and Triggabrowne Cottage.

A short walk from all Triggabrowne cottages takes you to Pencarrow Head with its stunning coastal view which is the jewel of this uncrowded part of Cornwall. The unspoilt beauty of Lantic Bay awaits those who are willing to make the steep descent to the beach.

Dairy Cottage is an ideal base from which to explore the coast and countryside, the South West Coast path takes you to the villages of Polperro or Polruan. The charm and bustle of Fowey is a short ferry ride away, with shops, restaurants, pubs you will be spoiled for choice.

    Wonderful property

Excellent customer service. We left our phone charger lead in the cottage socket and only discovered this when we had reached home. A phone call the next day to your customer services department resulted in a small package with it in being delivered to our home almost immediately - and with no request for payment. A much appreciated response, as our phone is important to us and family. The standard of housekeeping and gardening was excellent. Thank you for a relaxing and comfortable holiday in a wonderful little property in a beautiful area. We shall certainly recommend your holidays - indeed and our son and family have already booked a last minute break.

    Made enjoyable...

The home comforts provided by the cottage, and the seclusion. Everything about the property including the garden was a delight and so well cared for. The area of Lanteglos by Fowey is an area of outstanding beauty, and the information pack gave good guidance on local coastal walks. We were seeking a relaxing break and found it.

    Delightful, clean cottage

The cottage was delightful, spotlessly clean and warm. I loved the wood burning stove and TV, neither of which I have at home. The little extras like a pint of milk in the fridge, a tea tray with biscuits, a bag containing a bottle of Cava (although I don't drink), Christmas pudding, chocolates and biscuits. Fresh flowers in the living room and bedroom. Cornish ware crockery. Having plenty of fuel for the wood burning stove.
