Chatham occupies the imposing west wing of Bosloe house, which was added in 1903 with a touch of elegant Arts-and-Crafts style about it. Like Bosveal and Court, our other two properties located here, the main rooms of Chatham enjoy the same superb view down the rolling lawns and wildflower meadows towards the Helford River, and the interiors combine splendid style and historic detailing with comfort. The ground floor has been remodelled to make it fully accessible for visitors in wheelchairs.

The Bothy is a lovely little hideaway in the grounds of Bosloe perfect for a romantic hideaway for two.

If you would like to go on holiday and explore this part of the country you can find out more about our other West Cornwall holiday cottages here.

    Wonderful property

Stunning location and views, wonderful property, well-placed for access to many interesting sites of interest. We were particularly impressed with the standard and size of the disabled-adapted bedroom and bathroom, but also impressed with the overall standard and cleanliness of the accommodation (including furnishings) of the property and its surrounding gardens, with the opportunity for lovely walks. Will definitely return in future years.

    Beautifully maintained property

The house is a beautifully maintained property in a wonderful location, with a stunning view that has remained essentially unaltered (except for different flower in the terrace beds) for the nearly three decades that we have been coming. The weather was good this year. We were extremely disappointed that the cliff path fall meant it was impossible to walk (without a long detour) from the property to Helford Passage, but that was not the fault of the NT.

    Stunning house and grounds

The house and grounds were stunning. The beaches and walks, the local pub, the local village and shop (Cornish Maid)...all amazingly brilliant! Couldn't have asked for more...except kitchen implements for the bbq.
