This section of the page features an image gallery, so if you're using a screen reader you may wish to jump to the main content.

Originally a pilchard cellar where the huge hauls of fish landed on the beach would be brought for salting and pressing, the first floor of this stone building - once used for storing nets - is now a holiday apartment that commands breathtaking views over the inlet towards the open sea. The beach is just below the cottage and the South West Coastal Path is on your doorstep.

Nearby Port Isaac, Polzeath, and Rock offer an array of art galleries, shops, pubs and restaurants. Take the ferry boat from Rock to Padstow, cycle the Camel Trail or surf the waves on the famous Polzeath beach.

Our other Port Quin holiday cottages include the neighbouring Lacombe Cottage, Guy's Cottage and Quin Cottage.

The cottage's layout

    Heaven on earth

Port Quinn was so peaceful and tranquil, what could be better than a gin and tonic sat on the quayside early evening, perhaps chatting to fellow trust occupants. It's heaven on earth.
