This section of the page features an image gallery, so if you're using a screen reader you may wish to jump to the main content.

This converted barn offers first floor open plan accommodation with bags of character, including exposed beams. There is nothing better than waking to the view across the fields to the sea, especially when a steam train crosses the horizon on the famous Poppy Line. Sea views of the north Norfolk coast can be seen from all of the bedrooms so no one will be disappointed.

It is the ideal setting for a family holiday; you can park your car on arrival and forget about it. As well as the sandy beach just a twenty minute walk away, the 770 acres of woodland and gardens that make up Sheringham Park are practically your back garden so den building and hide and seek will never have been so much fun. There are miles of marked trails to follow across the estate on foot or on bikes and a café for treats along the way. Sheringham Park offers a calendar of events including Park Runs.

You have the pretty seaside town of Sheringham on your doorstep but if you decide to go further afield you have the entire Norfolk coast with its excellent beaches, seal trips from Blakeney Quay and coastal Towns such as Cromer to explore. If you are looking for other ways to entertain your family during your stay, why not visit our other properties in Norfolk.

East Anglia, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire

The ancient kingdom of East Anglia has preserved much of its unspoilt character, rural landscape, architecture and traditions with attractions ranging from the University city of Cambridge and the Cathedral city of Ely, to glorious, often deserted, sandy beaches, lots of seaside fun, outdoor pursuits and the unspoilt waterways of The Broads. National Trust places in East Anglia are equally varied, ranging from the magnificent Blickling Hall in Norfolk, the impressive rotunda at Ickworth, near Bury St. Edmunds, the elegant Anglesey Abbey, to the dramatic coastline at Dunwich Heath, with its neighbouring RSPB sanctuary and the Anglo-Saxon royal burial site at Sutton Hoo.
