We have holiday cottages in some truly stunning locations, including Wales, Cornwall, Devon and many more divine destinations dotted all over the United Kingdom. The typical let start day for a lot of our properties is Thursday and Friday, meaning you can make the most of a long weekend and really unwind for a few days away from home. From mountainous locations, lakeside villages, and charming coastal towns, a National Trust holiday cottage is unique and like no other UK holiday. Our historic homes and scenic gardens are just a few of the beautiful highlights of Trust cottages and there is always somewhere new to discover. Choose any of the UK’s regions of natural beauty, and you’re sure to find a nearby National Trust house or garden to visit too.

A long weekend in Cornwall would go down a treat. The Cornish coast is great to explore and the seaside towns are perfect for enjoying fish and chips with family and friends on a friday evening. Holiday cottages in Cornwall have a contagious effect when it comes down to drawing people back over and over again and a weekend may not be long enough! With a collection of coastal holiday cottages, along with sensational sea views and plenty of beach walks, Cornwall really is the place to go for a weekend break.

Ideal for a couples weekend away, Trerice is an exquisite Elizabethan manor house near the popular surfer’s paradise of Newquay. The West Wing is a cosy cottage for 2 people, with views spanning across the immaculate garden and surrounding countryside. Or for a family trip, Lanhydrock boasts an enchanting and royal character. A stay at Cutmadoc would put you right in the centre of the estate, with views over Lanhydrock's historic parkland and room for 6 people.

The Trust cater for more than 55 National Trust holiday cottages in Wales, scattered over the lush mountainous terrain of the Welsh countryside, from Pembrokeshire to Snowdonia. The weekend will allow you to soak up the scenery of the Welsh landscape and explore the heights of Mount Snowdon and the coast of the Gower Peninsula.

The National Trust has 20 unique Pembrokeshire Welsh holiday cottages, including the large and remote cottage of Castell Farmhouse, the family-friendly Little Milford Lodge and the converted Granary offers stylish chic interior.
