Once again we are celebrating our Great British Walk. Throughout the autumn you can find fantastic walks on offer in some of our most beautiful outdoor places. Many of the walks are on the doorstep of our holiday cottages so why not make a weekend of it and discover a new area on foot. You can then return to the cottage for a well earned rest.
The vast majority of our cottages have walks and events within easy reach, below we have highlighted a few to get you started:
Locate yourself at the heart of Snowdonia in Gwernouau Cottage and be inspired by the stunning mountain views on one of our many walks in this beautiful region.
Willow Cottage makes an ideal base for experiencing Crom, the breath-taking 810-hectare (2,000-acre) demesne, set amid the romantic and tranquil landscape of Upper Lough Erne.
Yorkshire North East
Housesteads is located just 50 yards from the ruins of Housesteads Fort and a stunning section of Hadrian’s Wall. There are outstanding views towards the North Pennines and excellent walking.
